In Fall 2024, Northwest University & Thriving in Ministry hosted a graduate-level course on “Pastoral EQ: Leading in Complex Times” with Dr. Kevin Geer and Rev. Kathy Cannon. The one week in-person portion of the class was also offered as an Intensive Seminar for any minister looking to audit. Topics took an inward/outward pattern as we covered:
